The Alma Soprano has six operating modes (pulse types): I VI. The difference between the modes is in the pulse width and the Blend Mode ratio.
Type I: the most aggressive mode with the shortest pulse width and maximum peak power. It is used for light skin, as well as for fine hair where maximum peak power is required.
Type VI: the longest pulse length and the minimum peak power. It is used for very dark skins and very thick hair.
The peak power decreases from mode I to mode IV, and the blend mode ratio increases following the same pattern. The pulse length is set automatically once the fluence is chosen.
