Yes, we provide a 90 Day Warranty on most of our used equipment. The warranty covers parts, labor, and travel.  The warranty begins once the equipment has been safely delivered to your clinic.  

Our equipment ranges from like-new to gently used. Each product description includes details about its condition, usage history, and any refurbishments made.

Absolutely! We encourage buyers to schedule a demonstration or inspection. This can be arranged either in-person or virtually, depending on your location.

Most of the equipment on our website is being sold on consignment and is located the doctors office. It is not in a central warehouse.  This reduces the amount of wear and tear on equipment when it ships to multiple locations.  

We accept most forms of payment including:  bank wire transfer, cashiers check, Zelle and lease financing.  For devices costing less than $20,000, we accept credit cards including:  Visa, Mastercard,  and American Express.  We also accept PayPal and Venmo.  

Yes, we provide flexible financing and leasing options to help you acquire the equipment you need.  We have partnered with Approve Payments.  You can submit a financing application by clicking here.  

• Pricing is based on factors such as the device’s condition, age, brand, model, and market demand. We strive to offer competitive prices while ensuring quality and functionality.  Unfortunately, there is no Kelly Blue Book for used aesthetic equipment.  We try to secure the lowest price possible and pass the savings on to you, our customer. 

Installation is automatically included for lasers that need to be disassembled prior to shipping. 

Training is not automatically included as some buyers don’t need it or want it.  Our team can assist with setup and provide training sessions to ensure you and your staff are proficient in operating the devices.  Most training can be completed in 1 day per device sold.  

The average training costs $1,500 per day plus travel expenses. 

We don’t allow equipment to be returned due to “buyers remorse.”  We do, however, guarantee the equipment arrives in proper working condition or your money back.  If the device malfunctions during the first 90 days, we will address the issue or offer you a refund if the device cannot be fixed.  

All of the equipment we sell has been FDA cleared to be sold in the USA.  If you are in a country outside of the United States, it is your responsbility to ensure the equipment you wish to purchase has been approved for use in your home country.  

Yes, we offer ongoing technical support and maintenance services to ensure your equipment remains in optimal condition. Our support team is available to assist with any issues you may encounter.

Depending on the equipment you wish to sell, we can accept certain trade-ins.  You can begin this process by submitting your used equipment here ad we will get back to you with a quote.

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs depend on the destination and the size/weight of the equipment. Shipping within the continental USA is already included in our price and is free!

Shipping to Canada is an extra $250.

Shipping outside of the continental USA is extra.  We ship Air Freight and the typical shipping cost is $1,500 to $2,000 extra.  This normally includes door to door delivery unless this is not logistically possible.  Please contact us for a exact shipping quote.

No, we believe in transparent pricing. All costs, including domestic shipping and a 90 day warranty, are already included in our prices.  We do not collect sales tax so this is the buyer’s responsibility.

No, our equipment has not been recertified by the manufacturer.  However, in many cases this is not neessary.  At Rock Bottom Lasers, we request that the original owner maintains representation of the device for ongoing service and consumables.  This involves the original owner not disclosing the sale to the manufacturer, thereby maintaining the existing support and avoiding the need for recertification.

At Rock Bottom Lasers, we facilitate this arrangement for our clients. By keeping the transaction confidential, the original owner can continue ordering supplies and requesting service on behalf of the new buyer.

Our standard free shipping includes freight curb-side delivery.  It does not include inside delivery due to the extra liability involved with moving a wooden crate inside a building and the potential damage it can cause to floors and walls.  

For an additional $975, White Glove Delivery can be requested in which the delivery driver will uncrate the device, move it inside the building, and dispose of the crate.   This service must be requested and paid for by the buyer at the time the device is invoiced.  If the device has already shipped, White Glove Delivery is not an option. 

In some cases White Glove Delivery isn’t available so please contact us in advance of purchasing so that we can confirm.
