HANDPIECE SPECIFICATIONS

UltraSpeed (Ultrasound – Body): High-speed body contouring using an 88mm-diameter sonotrode, combining guided ultrasound and cold shear waves to reduce adipose tissue volume.

MiniSpeed (Ultrasound – Body/Small Area): A smaller version of the UltraSpeed (55mm sonotrode) designed for localized, stubborn fat reduction on smaller areas like the arms.

SpeedSculpt (Ultrasound – Small Areas): A further scaled-down version of the MiniSpeed applicator for precise, safe, and effective treatment of very small, delicate areas.

UniBody (Radio Frequency – Body): Combines UniPolar RF with a mechanical applicator (rotating massage ring) to provide deep thermal heating and enhance metabolism of subcutaneous tissue for skin tightening and cellulite treatment.

UniLarge (Radio Frequency – Body): Uses Unipolar RF energy with a large applicator to speed up metabolism of adipose tissue, resulting in smoothed skin and improved cellulite appearance.

UltraFace (ultrasound – Face) Designed for facial contouring, utilizing cold ultrasound (shear waves) and pressure waves to target deep skin layers . Accent Prime^TM is Alma Lasers most advanced workstation

The platform combines the latest innovations in ultrasound (US) and radio frequency (RF) technologies to deliver effective, highly customized treatments with natural, long-lasting results.

The US energy is distributed homogeneously throughout the treatment area, effectively disrupting stubborn fat cells.

RF power is then used to produce thermal deep heating to the tissue, resulting in more concentrated energy treatment. This unique combination reduces treatment time and number of sessions while yielding more powerful results.

Focused  Depth Control 

Patented Alma Unipolar technology allows for focused, safe, and deep heating of tissue at various depths within the skin. With variable depth control, practitioners have the flexibility and precision to treat the target area for optimal results.

Target Fat Cells with Cold Shear Wave^™ & Hot Ultrasound

ACCENT PRIME features a patented combination of longitudinal and transverse Ultrasound wave technology. This wave is called Shear wave which allows to selectively target fat cells while leaving surrounding tissue unharmed. The shear wave vibrations disrupt fat cell membranes, leading to gradual breakdown and release of stored fat. Damaged fat cells are then disposed of the body through the lymphatic system.

Microplasma^™

Using unique microplasma technology, the Accent Prime Pixel RF™ module provides skin resurfacing treatment by both ablating and heating the skin. Through controlled perforation and focused energy delivery, Pixel RF treats the affected area while leaving surrounding healthy tissue intact. Delivers RF energy within the skin through 2 temperature adjustable applicators. Uniquely designed for body contouring & skin tightening of large treatment areas.

Bipolar Handpiece:

Penetrates less deeply into the tissue than UniPolar.  This handpiece is for use in facial tightening procedures in areas such as the temples, where the controlled heating at the desired penetration depth is essential, and deep penetration is avoided due to the sensitive nature of the area.

CoaxiPolar Handpiece:

Creates local, superficial dermal heating in delicate areas with real-time monitoring of skin temperature.

Colibri Handpiece:

The Colibri applicator embodies the highest peak power solution on the market for non-surgical eyelid lift, periorbital & perioral fine lines & wrinkles, and Xanthelasma. Targeting hard-to-reach and hard-to-treat anatomical areas such as periorbital and perioral, this solution can focus on saggy and lax excess skin, which in other cases may need surgical intervention and prolonged downtime.
